  1. All reservations are prepaid in full with visa credit card or mastercard
  2. Confirmations are by email
  3. In case of cancellation of our part for bad weather applies 100%
  4. In case of cancellation by the customer has a penalty of 20%. Cancellations of 48 hours before  the flight date there is no refund.
